RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

If you are not happy with your purchase please return it within 14 days of receipt and we will refund you the price of the item purchased but not the initial cost of shipping. After the 14 days have lapsed, any returns or exchanges will not be accepted. Due to the nature of the product RHUA STUDIO will offer you a refund provided that it is returned in its original and unworn condition and all tags, stickers, cards, boxes and/or pouches sent with your order are included with your return. Any items returned to RHUA STUDIO that have been worn with tags removed will not be accepted for a refund.

Refunds are only made to the card used to purchase any RHUA STUDIO item. 

Banks may take up to 10 working days to make credit/debit card refunds. RHUA STUDIO does not accept liability for the length of time a bank make take to process refunds. 

Please notify info@rhuastudio.com on the day of receipt of your order if any item has been delivered without tags or is faulty.

Please be aware that any import fees incurred on shipments to countries outside the EU will not be refunded for returned shipments. It is the customers responsibility to guarantee all returning orders arrive in the RHUA STUDIO warehouse within the 14-day return time-frame.

HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER 

Please arrange for the return within 14 days from receipt of your package. If you wish to return your item for a refund please notify us by email info@rhuastudio.com and we will send you a return form to be filled and returned by email. After receiving a confirmation please proceed with the return of your package. We provide return shipping labels for customers in the EU. Kindly note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable, and a return processing/shipping fee will be charged: 7 Euros for returns within Lithuania and 15 Euros for EU returns. 

Customers in all the other countries are responsible for return shipping costs and any other taxes that may incur. If you wish to return your order outside the EU, please send an email to info@rhuastudio.com and we will kindly provide you with all the details necessary for the shipment. Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer's responsibility until received at the RHUA STUDIO warehouse. The refund will not be processed until we have received the package back at our warehouse. Please note, RHUA STUDIO does not accept liability for returned goods. To this end, we would suggest using a trusted courier and keeping your tracking details until we have confirmed a safe receipt.  

Once your return has been safely received in our warehouse we will examine it for any signs of wear or damage, only after these checks have taken place will we issue the refund. Please allow up to 7 working days from the date of receipt in our warehouse for this to take place. 

DAMAGES AND FAULTY ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If your item is faulty when you receive it please notify info@rhuastudio.com within our 14-day policy so that we can evaluate the issue. If you inform RHUA STUDIO after the 14-day period of items being faulty, we are NOT liable to offer a refund.

Faulty items returned to us within our 14-day policy will be reviewed by our in house quality control team and the customer will be notified of an update within 3-5 working days from the receipt at our warehouse. Any items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. 

Faulty items will be replaced if a replacement is in stock and available. If the item is out of stock we will be in touch with the Customer, whether they would prefer to receive a refund or to exchange for an appropriate alternative.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Final Sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

RETURNED TO SENDER/REFUSED PACKAGES

Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by the currier will be returned to RHUA STUDIO. If your products are returned to us because the package was not picked up, a fee of €30 will be applied. This fee covers the cost of shipping both ways, as well as handling and restocking. The amount will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
