SHIPPING POLICY

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for the order to be processed and prepared for the shipping. After the order is confirmed, we usually do our best to prepare the orders before the next business day 6pm. Orders placed on weekends are sent on the next business day. 

DELIVERY OPTIONS

We currently ship worldwide. All shipment in EU zone are carried using DPD and UPS delivery services. Countries in the rest of the world are served by UPS or Lithuanian Post. 

UPDATE: Shipping to United States is temporarily suspended due to 'de minimis' changes. 

SHIPPING TIMES

Lithuania Local Standard Delivery: 1-3 working days from the date of dispatch. 

EU Standard DPD Delivery: 1-5 working days from the date of dispatch.

EU UPS Express Delivery: 1-2 working days from the date of dispatch.

United Kingdom UPS Standard Delivery: 7 working days from the date of dispatch.

Rest of the World UPS Express Delivery: 1-2 working days from the date of dispatch.

Rest of the World Lithuanian Post Worldwide Delivery: 5-12 working days from the date of dispatch. 

Please bear in mind that processing and delivery time frames are an estimation only and can sometimes take longer than expected due to global delays that are out of our control. Order delivery time depends on shipment courier and destination. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number & shipping label to update.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at the check-out.

All items and shipping prices on our website for delivery to countries outside of the EU are not inclusive of customs or import duties and may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the delivery is responsible for all Import duties and taxes. If you refuse a shipment from RHUA STUDIO, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to RHUA STUDIO. 

Please note that we do not have control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order if you have any questions or concerns. 

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law. 

RETURNED TO SENDER/REFUSED PACKAGES

Orders refused, failed to be picked-up or deemed undeliverable by the currier will be returned to RHUA STUDIO. If your products are returned to us because the package was not picked up, a fee of €30 will be applied. This fee covers the cost of shipping both ways, as well as handling and restocking. The amount will be deducted from your refund.
